Please post your Core times to this Thread. You don't need to post to have your times included. This is just mainly so eveyone can see how fast your lap times are and how consistant you can be.
It will also leave a history of how eveyone has improved.
Please still use the form on the HFAY website to submit you times, that way I don't have to worry about missing a time.
i have not submitted any of these yet but here are some core results from last saturday in dc. i don't recall which class each results page is for off the top of my head. i'll have to go thru them all and submit i guess. basically the car class will tell you weither or not it was stock or open/mod.
Mini-AZ ran Track #2 on Sunday before resuming our AZGT Championship series. What a blast!
We had some new people, so a couple of them ran Dink's Porsche. Todd is a 1:10 road course ringer and pretty quick, and this was only his second week.
The hoot was Zero, my Wife. 14:05.03... yep, that's in minutes . To be fair though, she had zero seat time on my new Murcielago which I had only just started tuning. I even had a hard time driving it. Too free, but I didn't have time to adjust on it.
For some reason it would periodically fail to repond to reverse commands. No sound, no nothing. If I picked it up and moved it, the car would go. This greatly impacted her time as her inexperience frequently met the wall.
I figured maybe it was the new motor or the pinion was too tight, but another driver developed the same problem later in the day. So maybe it was radio interference.
(Note: Ignore the 'Open/Stock' class in the html. I started changing the tags over but missed some. They are all Stock class).
DW, I think it's great that you got your wife to even run. I have been working on my wife but haven't had any luck yet. She just thinks I'm silly playing with my toys
I'll get you times updated tonight.
Arch2b, I'll scan through the times you posted. I'll add the new racers and update the times of current racers if there times were faster than what I have posted.
if everyone will use the submit times page it will help me keep organized with what I need to post and update, or you can email me the ranks page, thanks
I set up Track #2 in my garage to have another go at it. I improved my Stock time a little but not enough to advance. A couple of us also put down initial F1 times.
Pictured here are my cars. We didn’t run them all together for the Time Trials obviously, they’re just posed here for the sake of bein’ pretty.
(Ignore the Class listed in the Doc files, I didn’t label all the tags correctly. Also Saiyan’s F1 was a Jordan, not a Toyota).
Great racing yesterday, the new guys are really picking up the pace ! Anarchydude tore it up yesterday, fastest lap for layout #2 ! John only has 2 weeks under his belt... 10th scale skill does pay off. We're gonna take a few more shots at it next week, we only got 2 chances at it each, and no practice. We ran our full layout for the regular races, it's pretty cool though because we had layout 1 integrated, and next week, we'll just have layout 2 integrated into the full layout.
