That board is a clone of the VE Pro board, and the VE version of the ICS software is what you need. Note there is a different app for bluetooth vs. USB. I'm a Mac/iPhone guy, so I stumble my way through Windows/Android world. I have one of those boards, and I've always had a little trouble with motor cogging, and a lot of groaning going from stopped to moving.
