2.4 Ghz Steering Fet's

As I have posted on another thread, I have found out the reference for the 2.4ghz board steering fets. I have successfully repaired a board, so this isn't just another "possible replacement". These are the OEM fet's.

So, for anyone interested the steering fet's are the QS6M4 from Rohm

In case you wan't to find out more about them, here is the link for the manufacturer.

http://www.rohm.com/products/databook/tr/pdf/qs6m4.pdf

These are in fact rather easy to source, so anyone looking for them shouldn't have much problems finding a supplier.

You rock. Have you tried these even on the MR03 board? I haven't taken a detailed look at my 03 steering circuitry yet but I'm under the impression there are still steering FETs like the older MR02 ASF.

Haven't tried it on a 03 board, but they are indeed the same

Perfect replacement! I've tried yesterday in my dead 02 board and it's come back to life.

Thanks!

Great...thanks Ivan. I'll see if I can use it to rehab my iwaver boards that have steering issues with that same transistor.
