Audi R8

similar to threads on other bodies, looking to see what others are having success with or maybe not when using the R8 body. I'm looking forward to trying this myself. currently running the HSV.

FYI, RC.P.Sanda shows the whitebody weights only 52g! (packaging and everything)

the autoscale weights in at 33g! (just the body)

this is a light weight, wide car!

been testing this body 3 days this week! just a direct swap from mosler to audi no set up change.... initially i did not like the way that the body was so tail happy! so i removed the drift wing and installed the pn lexan wing
a few other adjustment and it was a full tenth of a second faster than the mosler
now... the lexan window.... made the car more balanced... better response as well as accuracy i give this body a thumbs up!
btw.... for me it drives like the pn lexan pancar body!!! love it!!!

Like Grant said, Rear Lexan Wing is a must and + 3 all around in running on low profile.

I did a direct swap with my pan car with this body and it works great with +3 front and back. didn't have any rubbing issues.

I was really pleased at the handling of this body and it looks fantastic on the track.
