There are many uses for the clear lexan used in packaging Auto Scale Bodies! So far, I've used them for internal antenas and rear wings for my CLK and Modena.
I simply cut the lexan to the shape I wanted, then drilled small holes on the rear section of the body (in the CLK, I used the original mounting holes). With a pair of plastics nuts from a 10th scale kit and self tapping screws, my new wing is mounted securely!
This give the Mini Z a 1/10th scale look with the benefit of a very impact resistant wing that won't come off in a crash!
