Angry Testors Decal Kit

Sadly disappointed with the Testors decal kits. Decal paper is fine, the software might as well not even be there. Testors gives you a light version, where you can only print out their images, not import your own. To do that, you must upgrade, and believe it or not, for $9 you can upgrade...but there is no download?!?! They mail it to you. Weak. In this day and age, what are they thinking....

So, I guess my question is, any of you successfully use just the decal paper in photoshop? I am thinking that is the way to go, just curiousl what others have done.

I don't think Photoshop cares what kind of paper you print on but as far as doing layouts for decals, it's very handy.

I have used photoshop and just import the images in word and resized them there. I also have the testors decal kit and they actually do allow you to uploade the upgrade. After you get it, they send you a email with the URL and password. you have a 48 hr window to upload the software upgrade and still get the CD in the mail. I am still trying to figure out how to upload the images that I have into their format. Hopefully I will soon. I am working on my Pajero project and need the decals now. It's already painted.

nothing big really, Just taking my white pajero body, painting it green with decals and going to put some lights on it. going to try to give it a mud splatter look too. then just run it on the monster chassis. I am wondering what I need to do to create a light bar for it. Hey Arch, Have any laying around that you don't know what to do with?

PAUL- as a matter of fact, i do. it's wired for use with a 9v but some desoldering/soldering could fix that.
