GPM Knuckle arm problem ¿? *HELP*

I just got a 2deg GPM knuckle arm set. I also have the bearing set and there isn't enough arm to thread my alloy wheel nuts on.

on my stock knuckle arms I pulled the pin out and cut the back plastic so the arm could stick out more so i had enough to thread the bolt on..

but this Knuckle arms pin won't come out so I can't do this. There was a "C" clamp on the back of the GPM one witch I pulled off thinking I could pull it out that way, but pulling that out didn't really do anything.

I can only thread my bolts on about 1 thread so it won't stay... please help!

Thanks in advance!

Greg J.

Are you using Duratrax bearings? It sounds like it. They're too wide.
You'll have to use the nylon bushings until you purchase the correct size bearings.

The right stuff...

Good catch Ken

I recommend genuine Kyosho bearings.
Another alternative is the RCRM or Squat units sold on the Mini-Zracer.com shope. They are also excellent items.

Right Mondo! I have the R/C Racing Model bearing set, they are great!, cheap!, and are a great hop-up! (wait, didn't I already say that...)

utilize the duratrax bearings.

If you have two sets of wheels (or two Zs) buy the correct size bearings but use a wide(duratrax) bearing on the inside of the front wheels for each set. The nuts will now fit on the front axles and you'll have two sets of usable bearings.
