Well lets do it again friends, we have tried friday nights and sundays and to be fair we will have it this saturday to see what kind of turnout we can get. Alot of people have been stopping in for practice and having a great time. So lets all get together this saturday for some serious fun traction is great and lap times are fast! so bring'em down. Also bring your overlands too and the class will be free to run and there will be small jumps to cut the track too and it will be fun.

Sedan Mod (As it says)

Sounds great!! A couple of things should be clarified:

What time for start/end? RCCAR is running the next day

Personal transponders are recomended but not required. Last race we tested the house transponders and they do work. Bring Electrical tape to afix "house" transponders if you don't have a personal.

Chris, did you manage to get some peronals to sell yet?

Myker*, maybe you should concentrate on making one car good before you go out and buy more

Don't think there are too many. Stock - stock motor any suspension. Mod - pretty much anything. I don't think anyone is checking for FETS or anything. Batteries? Bring something that will last... HT might do 10 or 12 minute mains! Tires, definately rubber. Foam doesn't seem to hook up from what I heard. I use 10 rear and 10 or 20 fronts. This might be too much, from all the traction rolls I did. Those full size transponders really make the cars top heavy.

terraz,

> Batteries, Type?

Whatever you want. I recommend 700, 750, 800mAH NiMH if you can get them and/or charge them. You can usually get some cheap at Fry's.

> Tires?

Whatever you want. We all run rubber because it works the best.

> Motor ?

No limits but you really don't need a ton of motor. The cars are going fast enough with just x-speeds. Much more motor and you are going to be entering corners too fast, traction rolling, inducing wheel spin, etc.

Come on out, it's a really fun track and good group of people.

I think my friends Mike and Allie are going to come this time too so it should be a good turnout.

Kev, that Mini-T battery fits a little tight but it works great. Could you please make me a killer 7 cell for my T and bring it wth you?

Thats great to hear! I'll bring you a really good one next time I run across some hot cells, the 7 cell packs are made with the 1100's so I get fewer really hot packs with those cells. With the KAN cells basically every pack is like a "factory team" pack, lol. Unfortunately 7 KAN's dont fit, so I do what I can
