GForce Mini Break-in System

i happened to come across this on a japan retailer site while hunting earlier for the #99 audi and decided to pick this up since it was inexpensive.

just arrived today so haven't used it yet but first impression, it's put together well, nice quality despite the center line of the display digits not working at all. i've already emailed the retailer to inquire about a fix or replacement. just though this was a novel approach eliminating my mess of cell holder, wires, etc. hooked up to a motor on a separate break in stand.

anyone see these before?

i've used it a couple times. it does exactly what it's meant to do and nothing more.
i've actually used it in testing LED lighting projects where a specific voltage is required and had been useful. no complaints.

I don't think the max output voltage is enough, 5v +\-. I'd have to double check what the max amp output is as well.

Something like this power supply would work. I've seen it for around $40 when on sale: http://www.mcmelectronics.com/produc...3005-/72-11885
