I wouldn't use anything as aggressive as a polishing wheel arch. Go to an auto supply store and get some very fine wet sanding paper used for colour sand on real cars. Its made to remove orange peel and other flaws, I have some 600 grit I use. Use alot of water and you can probably smooth it out nicely. You could also try a car polishing compound like Mquires' Swirl Remover, just rub the surface with your finger and the compound and that can give you very good results with out risking the delicate features on the body.

In my case I use #1000 grit color sanding paper, the #600 may take off too much too fast. At some auto parts stores that carry it they may have #2000 paper, but the #1000 work's fine for me. My case that I posted before my car look's like the surface of the moon the way the clear eat into the silver. As to rubbing it out on these things I found that cotton swabs work well in tight areas.

BTW how thick did you put that on? The clear that is, don't want to sand through to the base. Just be very careful around the edges and rises.

Great Review Arch!
When I saw the title I was honestly hoping for a review of the GT40 or Concept, but I was very happy with what I got nonetheless.

I am a fan of the Iwaver bodies, for the price you just cannot beat it.
Without the dummy chassis isn't a big deal for me, not sure how many people would buy an Iwaver for a shelf queen (currently, i'm not saying they wont improve highly in quality in the future) ... so until people do that I don't think they will really compain about the lack of a rolling chassis.

iwaver02 bodies

I had some problems with iwaver bodies:
- On 2 Mercedes CLK, the mercedes star on the front was not correctly mounted, one needed to reattach it properly.
- The Porsche Concept Car is to small and sits to high. It's better mounted on a mr01, because the front offset is too large. It has to be lowered in front and back.

I do prefer kyosho bodies (while using everything else from iwaver!). They always fit and look nice. If you want to repaint the bodies, the iwaver bodies can be well disassembled and repainted (disassembling doesn't work so well with the Porsche GT3).
