I haven't, but I have painted other 3d printed things. It will look best if you spend time on the prep work. Buy a can of filling primer spray paint from the auto parts store, alternate spraying primer and sanding until you don't see print lines anymore and the body panels are smooth, then paint it like a normal body. I'm no expert, there are some other options for smoothing 3d prints depending on what type of material and printer you are using. U-tube is a great resource for finishing 3d printed parts. Good luck!
