No sounds from the theme manager either. I made sure that everyone had full control to that directory. Also have shortcut to run as admin. The one difference between the versions is the new one gives me a security pop up when I launch it. Says it needs to make changes to my computer. 0.76 doesn't do that. I did use the installer instead of extracting the zip file. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the additional information. I have a new build for you to try. It should report as being version 12.03. I still suspect maybe something is not right with the audio mixing levels since security does not appear to be the problem (I checked the code and the temp files get written to the OS temp directory, not the install directory). All I did with 12.03 is force the volume to 100% for the sound effects. This does not override the system volume level, they will just be as loud as the system volume.

You can download version 12.03 from here:

Windows Zip File
Windows Installer

Let me know if that does or does not work.

Thanks for following up with me. Glad to hear that it works now.

Are there any problems remaining that must be corrected before I release this version to the public?

If anyone else has tested this I would like to hear back from you.
Thanks

Just tested 12.03, especially for possible sound issues. Just did ten test laps but everything was fine and I encountered no new or old problems.

All seems to be well with the timing portion of the program.

We did see a minor video glitch, but it was when we were running a timed practice, minimized the timer, did some things then came back.
The page looked very blocky, some squares were mising here and there.
I didn't get a screen shot.

We stopped the practice then re-started it again and it was fixed.

Other than that, it seems I'm having an issue with E-Mailing reports still.
It's doing relativly the same thing.

I'm now using gmail as the outbound server.
It seems it will only send to other GMail accounts.
Same thing that happened when I had my own server in it.
I'll test this more on Sunday as we have a 10-15 person GTG happening on the weekend.
My racer was set to a hotmail address & I never recevied them.
Another racers was a gmail account and it did get the auto generated reports at the end of the run.

We had that with one of our racers too. In our case, the email was found in the SPAM folder. Maybe this helps you as well?

That isn't my case unfortunately, or so it seems.

My Hotmail addy forwards to my GMail.
I even logged into both of my Hotmail & GMail accounts via a web browser but it was not in the Spam/Junk folders there either.

I'll try setting it to my work addy as I get that on my phone too.
Sunday I will be able to test across multiple e-mail domains.

Still not sure what is going on with your email. I have gmail as well and it sends the messages to other email providers. I might try signing up for Hotmail and see if I can duplicate the problem.

As for your screen glitch thanks for bringing that up. I will add a couple full screen refreshes to the program when it detects a window being restored or maximized. In most cases I have been avoiding causing a full refresh as before Windows 7 this would cause a lot of flickering.

So I think with that 1 minor tweak I will release the official new version to the public. Because there is a change it will be version 12.04 that I post on the main site for everyone.
