an entirely new motor mount with adjustable axle height. i wonder if there will be compatibility pieces to fit 98mm? seems odd to make this 94mm alone given the dominant wheelbase is 98-102mm.

another important question, will this be optional upgrade part, a new inclusion in an upgraded chassis set or a new stock configuration?

From the link bobbyz posted

"Pure racer with new MM2 motor case delivers huge increase in performance limits when cornering 16 times faster than the previous ASF 2.4GHz system + KT-18 transmitter combination and 4 times faster than the ASF 2.4GHz system + KO PROPO EX-1 combination, the ultrafast response of the MHS 2.4GHz system and the MR-03VE Pro chassis set is ideal for JSCC class racers in the MINI-Z Cup. With its performance defining midship motor mount, new MM2 motor case allows the longer (94mm) wheelbase to be used. The existing MM motor case design can be used with the LL (98mm), 3L (102mm) and 4L (106mm) wheelbases, but the new MM2 motor case can be used with L, LL and 3L wheelbases. Also, compared to the existing RM motor case, mass balance is optimized to improve cornering performance and minimize tipping due to high side on hybrid surfaces. These performance features provide a huge advantage in the JSCC class with the narrow body required by the regulations. In addition, axle adjustment spacers allow changes to the rear axle shaft height and together with the new plastic friction shock, precision setting according to road surface conditions are possible. The benefits of the MM2 motor case combine with the ultra-responsiveness of the MHS2.4GHz system in the advanced MR-03VE PRO chassis for psychokinetic-like response and a linear control feeling that realizes the ultimate goal of improved lap times."

Nice...

At a 94mm (L) wheel base setting it looks really tight... Still a feat to do considering that the old MM motor mount was at 98mm (LL)... Would've been a greater feat if kyosho came out with a MM 90(M) wheelbase motor mount...

Looks like it comes with an improved board as well...

to be clear, not a new chassis. it's the pro chassis with a new motor mount and damper kit, 94-106mm to boot, very nice! that should make a very nice upgrade to HFAY and more tuned stock style racing.

is it a limited edition release? 'upgrade' JSCC style release or new base/stock chassis?

Oddly enough the guys up in PA just changed their stock class rules to include aftermarket disk dampers. I guess this is the answer for those that don't want to run the 102mm setup because of the disk damper.

94mm is what they run in Japan for JSCC.

ok, seems pretty clear it's just a version of the 'PRO' chassis released.

that is similar to my line of thinking as well and goes to my line of questioning if it was a 'special' or 'upgrade' chassis set vs. a new stock part. if the latter, no reason it cannot be employed on sports/ASF and remain stock.

Cool! I'd probably go back to a 98mm then.
