Question Which Tamiya White to use???

Hello all,

For my very first custom paint job on an Autoscale White Body, I want to paint an NSX Body white to match a prototype. I need some advice on which Tamiya White to use....TS-7, Racing White or TS-26, Pure White. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve attached some photos for reference.

Thank you in advance.

I can't remember which is which. One will be really white and one is not exactly white but a but creamy white. If I remember correctly racing white is the creamy one while the pure white will be the whiter of the two. Just hope somebody can confirm.

Unless you want the car to look vintage, go with pure white. Racing white has a cream, off white tone.

Edit, herman just beat me to the line... one would day thati I have been Sai Tam'd!

Be sure to post some pics of the finished body. Even if it doesn't come out the way you like...

Yup, Sai Tam'd...

My Frankenferrari 599 project is urgently awaiting good painting weather. Fingers are crossed for tomorrow.

Sai was notorious to come from behind, and dive bomb the final corner to get the win on multiple occasions. In our area, the move has earned the term the "Sai Tam". I have been Sai Tam'd on multiple occasions, even with my own f1 car that was a loaner. So, you Sai Tam'd me with your post as I was posting mine.

Jacob Feinstein won the 2010 PNWC in my F1 car, beating me and everyone else. I finished 4th, and was happy with my position. A podium would have been nice though. At one point, I had 5 different f1 cars setup four different kinds of tracks and driving styles. Sai and Jacob both liked the most aggressive one into the corners. I liked the one that was a little lazy into the corners, but drove out hard.

We're getting way off topic here, hope fastDad doesn't mind. That car was white, hoping that has enough relevance to the topic

herman... I found two different Atomic RC spoilers online. They should arrive this week. Looking forward to getting my hands on those and seeing if either of them can work.
