High Speed Hobbies is truly a great store. Terrific owners and employees. You can probably trade in things for new. Jim is always open to a deal. They have a good selection of Mini's and a variety of parts both stock and aftermarket.
You will find that the Mini's are not to different to drive than 1/8th on road. To much speed in a confined area makes for a handful. Perhaps the best thing about mini-Z racing is that it is Air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. No rainouts and you can carry all your cars, chargers, batteries, tires and tools in a briefcase. Currently there isn't even a charge to race or use the track during store hours. You can even use your AMB transponder. If you don't have one there is a rent to own program. Honestly, I don't think there is a better deal in the country than what we have at High Speed. Join us for a good time. You won't be sorry

Just load up what you want to sell and take it to the shop. They are very fair in all their dealings. Maybe you should come down the first time on a Saturday. The shop is open from 9 til 4 and you can usually catch some racers practicing and testing. It can be easier to talk to people without the pressure of having to get ready to race.

Just might see you there. I'm sure I'll be there at some point after being on the road all week.

Thursday! Thursday! Thursday!
So, are we racing this Thursday for sure? I deffinitely hope so, I could use a Mini-Z fix . I hope to see some old guys wearing their fishing hats and maybe a crazy cajun in the mix . It's been a while, so we probably need to get the word out as much as possible if we're racing. Where's that short spanish speaking dude been ? I haven't seen him buying every Mini-Z posted on the web here lately . He's probably laid up in Greensboro about to die with no Mini-Z action . Oh, and everyone better watch out for Wade and his posse. I saw some spy pics of a killer test track at his house where some serious R+D is happening . See ya'll Thursday!

See you all Thursday
I am hoping that some of you faster guys have lost your edge during this sabatical. Some how I seriously doubt it. Anyway good to see some action on forum. Can't wait, I am going to make sure my afternoon schedule is clear so I can get to the shop early. Does anyone know what direction we will be running.

The Right Way
I hope we'll run the regular way (direction), that's my vote . So we can get up some serious speeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed !! If we're gonna run the opposite direction, I propose that we completely redesign the track (not thursday, but in the future). It's kinda useless to have wide radius turns if you can't use them at the end of a straight-a-way . The faster, the better .
