I just bought DAA today for my MR03, its from the latest batch and it comes with '1' etched on the lower arm, does it mean its a +1 lower arm? Also it comes with 4 white spring cup holder which look like the same length altogether (haven't measure it yet).
I m not too sure if the toe bars have changed from the previous batches coz this is my 1st buy on the DAA.
Now can anyone give a good starting set up for the DAA MR03 with +1 lower arm? (if it is the +1 lower arm that i got)
Btw, the .9 allen wrench is still not included....
Try....
+1 A-arm toe bar.
the pin in upper arm can be put at the up or down or in or out position (notch in pin). start at the 12:00 (up) position.
try version 1 green or purple spring or version 3 blue spring.
I'd be curious to find anyone who's used either of these or compared them for length.
I've used the +.5 and +1.0 and found them both of the same length that give me a slight toe out with the +1deg lower arm. If the new wider tie rods could get me a straight alignment I'd be shopping in a second.

I loved that the MR03 Dbl A-Arm came with 3 different steering toe rods... But basically, you only are actually only getting varying degrees toe-out or zero toe... I doubt PN wanted it this way, maybe the machining company miscalculated the tie rods...
I am looking to buy another 03 A-Arm kit and I hope PN will remove one of the 0, +0.5, or +1 tie rods in favor of including a +1.5 or +2 tie rod with the kit so that there will be at least one option for zero actual toe or slight toe-in with the longer lower arms. Just a thought
Thank you PN and Yasuji for always being accessible and working to make customers happy! Rock on PN!

The new 1.5 and 2 degree tow bars do in fact give my car "0" and +toe
The toe bars that come with the kit are designed for the "0" Lower arms
As I have tested them.. It definitely gives the toe in effect that I expect from more +toe
I do not know if PN will be changing to this toe bar in the future but I will discuss this with philip
I am glad that PN was able to push this thru to get out to the public as I do know that we have many exciting new concepts in the works
Thank you very much Yasuji and Philip N. for always listening to us fellow Mini-Z'ers. And thank you Yasuji for the reply about the new +1.5 and +2 tie rods giving Zero-toe and Toe-in with the longer lower arms.
I appreciate all the hard work you, Philip, and the PN Team put into your product line and look forward to all the Mini-Z PN upgrade concepts to come.

just installed this front end on a 03s and when i put the tires on the front end is almost touching the ground anyone know what i did wrong or is the s chassie different? Have gone over everything several times and it appears to be on correctly?
You have to adjust the preload and ride height. I suggest you buy pn spring cup and preload spacer kit. It is relatively cheap and allows you to shim the springs as they are generally a little short. Then you use your .09 and 1.5 wrench to adjust ride height and preload from there.

I googled that and cant find it also checked kenons site and couldn't find it either? Guessing i'll just have to buy some shims as i have the white spring cups
