Does it matter which one goes where?

Cuz theyre identical except for one little number on the side.

And are there other capacitors available to maybe make it better, more reliable?

Im talking about the little orange things on the motor.

hehehe..Slonik you do crack me up! Now...caps....there are polarised and non polarised caps. Polarised caps have to be installed repecting the ...polarity, while non polarised can go either way. I do not know what 130 motors have...I am guessing non polar. All they do is reduce electrical noise created by the motor....changing to a better cap might reduce glitching..I am not sure. Anyone else?

if my memory serves, the 3rd cap used is a 103/102 .....? non polar works anyway. long lead and short lead shows polarity if there is one

psyklops & baseline are correct! the little orange caps, aka ceramic capacitor, are non-polarized. there's several kinds of caps like tantalum, film, aluminum, etc.. they are usually available in non-polarized and polarized version! (it will state on the package

For taming down the electronic interference almost any ceramic capacitor will work. The 102 to 104 (markings on the case) are most used.
