The motor has alot of torque. Its takes awaile before the motor is totally broken in because of the brushes. The brushes are faily harder than usual. The comm is oversized and larger than most comms which gives more torque off the line.

Hey Roger, didn't see you at the race. It was another good turn out. This time 5 monsters raced too. Did you get that extra MR-02 chassis that you want to sell? I'm still looking for one.

The next race is in a couple of weeks I think. I'll bring my little digicam which can take videos too. If the guys ok me taking a video and if it works good, I'll post it.

bw762: Yeah, I heard what happened and I wish I was there to join the festivities. I had to work late last night and I didn't get out until 9pm. Bring out the digicam and tape some races for the mini-z members. It'll be a good idea to show everybody on this board how much mini-z is gaining popularity in the Bay Area. In fact, i'll tape your race with your digicam and you can post it for everybody here.

I think im gonna keep the chassis because this one looks a little different than my previous MR-02 chassis. I'll let you know.

No problem Roger. I think I will drop by HT today and pickup another F50 readyset and convert it to MM. Hope they have the parts.

Hey Roger -

How many RCP track sets are you and Terry getting? As I said before, I have 3 wide L sets and 2 mini-96 sets with a custom transition piece that transitions seemlessly between the two as well as about 20 blank large size tiles and 60 mini-tile expansion pieces. It's a huge and vary varied track when set up. We should look at combining our tracks in the spring on a tennis court or something similar and make an event of it on the off race weekend at HT. With the Core Lap Timer, it'll be a great setup.

Let's do it. One day during the summer, we'll all have to combine our tracks and make the hugest mini-z track in California . I'll be looking forward to that.

Hey guys -

I was at the track today for a couple of hours. Where were u? In truth, I've just been really busy at the office, but I make time when I can to race.

Let's hope that lap timing system comes out soon, so we can do the big track weekend right.

Cya at the races.
