What to do with the old Z's?

I still have 20 - 30 chassis of old z mr-01 to mr-02 and overland along with f1S theses guys have had many years of neglect in boxes moved piller to post they are all AM for the most part i don't want to start collecting i want to trim it down to less than 10 cars may only have 1 controller for them all i bought the 2.4 board for my F1 i have an overland id like to keep. that leaves me with at leastb1 MR-02 and 2 MR03 ( for racing) F1 1 overland are the am cars worth any thing should i just go thru them get them running sell them with body for 50 or you think thats too much ill still have bunch of boards and what nots to get rid of

The AM gear is not worth much these days. F1 is a little different because the chassis are hard to find. There seems to be people that still want the chassis, especially if the body is decent and there are some upgraded parts. The MR01s are worth almost nothing unless some collector needs some parts or they have a discontinued body that is in decent shape. My friend paid $35 for an MR01 because it came with a beat up Corvette body he wanted. I bought an AM MR02 for $50 because it included a PN LCG rear end, ball diff, disk damper, 48T Atomic super stock motor that were all compatible with my MR03, and an 8 cell charger. No body on that purchase, but it was worth it for me to get the other stuff. If you have bodies and can put some decent packages together they will probably sell, but maybe not for what you would like.

I have a EX6r radio that I really like. Any radio that is Asf compatible and stores multiple models could do what you want, although asf is old, so I would recommend the EX6r so you could handle asf and the newer MHS. The new evo boards make for more flexibility with radios than we have seen in mini z for awhile. If you want to use all EVO boards there are some good Futaba options as well.

I think i might just bundle all the old cars with bodies i dont want untested 5 for 100 with extras to clear them out of the way all the Mr-01 1.5 and 2 am just to clear the clutter
that sounds like a plan. I'll post them here first then off to that auction site the F1s i have to debate on and the others need to see what i still jave i might keep the monster too im not sure about the awds too

The. Mr-01 is worthless for the most part. Only people looking for nostalgia or seldom found parts would even be interested. The bodies are a crap shoot an entirely based on subjective demand.

What about this idea get some new boards and put them in my olds Zs update them mostly 15 Mr - 02 ,5 Mr-015 + 5 all-wheel drives 5 f 1S, 3 overland's and one complete monster all in various forms of upgrades with multiple used bodies to run on them I want to get and race mr3s and run for enjoyment but I don't need freaking 30-plus chassis but in lieu of giving them away I don't know what else to do with them

That would be cost prohibitive in the end. I would gather up the best of the bunch and put them up for auction/sale and lump the left overs together for a grab bag. Bodies are always going to be easier to sell than chassis sets.

I converted a few MR015 and MR02s to ASF years ago. My son still races them and he does well with them. I'm moving to MR03 EVOs and he is taking over my MR03s. He will still use them but probably not as much. I think he will just mound bodies that he likes to run for fun on them.
