here it is the new R8 it's small and it's the best body that xmod made so far.rubber mirrors windows pop out and no screws only for the back bumper and motor.
Radio shacks got them last week. some don't have them yet.I put the stock rims back on and took off the GPM front knuckles they make the front wheels sit back. The amazing thing is with stock knuckles and bearings i have no play at all.The new vette had play with the bearings but not the R8 new pic
Thats interesting- they fixed the wobble. So whats wrong w/ those GPMs in detail? They seemed like a much smarter version of the previous take on alum knuckles...
I'm still waiting for the adjustable GPM knuckles in the mail.I'm talking about the 3 screw ones. The thing is they kick the front tires back even the dog bones are back. It puts strain on the front gears and the wheels don't fit right in the wheel wells

Interesting. When I had those 3-screw ones I had no problems with them, but I disliked how ghetto they were made as a whole. Lets hope the adjustables are the shiz or there went 25$... lol
I just saw the Audi R8 Xmod in Radio Shack the other day and was impressed. I wonder if the body can make fit the MA010 AWD chassis as that's a much better chassis then the Xmod. Plus, there are a lot better wheels for the Mini-Z's as well. I might get back into the Z's with one of these babies and of coarse I'll have to have the Dnano version as well. The Audi R8 is such a cool car and is one of the most futuristic cars we have up to date I think. It look's like their paint work is now getting to be shinier than the Z's?
Is it worth getting one of these just for the bodies, or should I wait for the bodies to become available seperately? Also, any chances on body-kit's for the R8?

IF you can sell everything but the body for $40, then yea. I'm honestly about to scrap my 2.4 Zmod in favor of a semi-stock MR for custom bodies.
just finished the R8 It now has a mini z awd board in it.With med. springs all around it turns on a dime. This thing is so smooth now im waiting for the rest of the GPM parts like arms and front knuckles.I think it can keep up with the awd mini z on the track
