Here are some pics of the day. Nice hobby shop. Nice guys. Alot of the workers and visitors showed interest. Hopefully we can pick some racers up. Located in a good location with plenty of eating.

Thanks Larry. It's a start and i already see an interested spectator.

How good a carpenter are you? I might have an idea for you.

Fine line between spectator and captive. Taught him how to heel real well. He was pretty upset that he didn't get that $200 some dollar train set but the $2 little plastic helicopter made him forget about it.

Surly You have an old AM chassis laying around that you can get him going on. At least at home on the old basement track. Then teach him to charge batteries and a few other fundamentals and you will soon have an Enduro partner or at very least a subrogate turn marshal.

Great first day at Hobby Hut, lots of interest from spectators and very friendly and accommodating owner and staff(Thanks Wayne !!).

Looking forward to kicking off a Box Stock Class, the only thing we need is one more lane of track. LOL

Thinking about building a crossover or elevated track section to squeeze some more track out of the modest space, any suggestions anyone, Mike?

Again, everyone, thank you for your support.

Always says he wants to race cars downstairs but the second I put a remote in his hands, he loses interest immediately. I'll keep trying though.

He's 4... he's got plenty of time.

You could do the same thing that Landon did at Let's Go Racing down in Myrtle Beach. Elevated the backstretch and then ran parts of the track underneath. Looked real cool from what I remember...
