500 Lap Race???

I think it would be fun to have a 500 lap enduro race with pit stops and battery changes. It would be even better with 12 cars in the field. This would make one heck of a trophy race.

Count me in.

You can get 13 cars with the Iwaver crystals, but the cheapest way to go is the 12 channel Radio Shack Xmods crystals

well you could go all out and get some mid 26 mhz CB radio xtals too and run an additional 6-12 cars! But this wont work with a KoProp lap counting system, as it only reads ch 1-12.

500 laps isn't that big of a deal. As a matter of fact, we ran a 2.5 hour Enduro here in Staten Island, on a very large track.

The winners, Mark & Al, finished with 732 laps.

Though, that was team. Our individual one hasn't come up yet.

Must be hard, though. I mean, after an hour or so, my feet were numb. Could race all 500 at once.

Which is why having teams is good for such a long enduro.
