Super nice! I will most def have to get this one. I just now learning how Shapeways materials work. I keep forgetting the minimum thickness requirements for each material. Good stuff. Keep up the great work!
I can see where it does need to be fixed a little though... where it looks like it's rubbing the backs of the rear tires and the front right.... nothing a little creative dremeling couldn't fix though....

Spot on Strange because the wheelbase is really 102mm on the 3d model.
This will be corrected for production.
Forget Dr Emel on White Strong and Flexible. You cant... The Nylon will heat then melt, and make strands before the material cuts.
White strong and flexible really is STRONG

Thanks! Minimum wall thickness for White Strong an Flexible is 0.7mm.
0.8mm is ideal for MZ bodies. but you need to make ribs for rigidity around the body mounts and in the nose.
Due to a new rule at Shapeways some models longer than 12 cm may be rejected for print with 0.8 mm wall thickness, they want them over 1mm at that size (and I'm not so happy with that > all my prototypes were printed correctly with 0.8mm).
