AWD, definately not stock..
When you say no motor upgrades can we do anything else, like electronics, boosters etc..
1. I would like to see a stock MR-02 - since they are rear wheel drive anyways.--Aka chassis, NiMH, motor, Electronics etc. only chassis/suspension mods.
2. An unlimited EVO section- no rules at all (brushless, custom chassis, woah nelly's etc, liths..)- since xmods greatest advantage is not their handling nor their electronics, but their skys the limit modability.
3. MA010-motor and electronics upgrades allowed as the pn guys im sure showed they can put the power down onto the mat. Lets see what they can do....
Or instead just add in a you got it you can drive it 1/28th section.. I guess im just hesitant to come by if there are no classes that i can drive in-not that im all that good of a driver, more of an innovator.
Also so we should bring our own tables?
|
if you have it bring it, its always good to see other peoples projects and such
also brining your own pit tables is a good idea
our AWD have stock motors, but everything else is upgraded
our mr-02 is upgraded and we run speedy05 motors
xmod evo - we run stg1 motor but all other upgrades are OK
gen 1 - not too many people run it

Hi guys,
I'm going to try to bring a few guys along this Thursday (3/24).
I Finlay figured out why I was spinning out and my car is hooking up big time now. It's too bad really, now I don't have an excuse.
I took your advice and took a trip to PN Racing in Arcadia. Nice guy. He told me that the speedy 05 was considered stock class. As a matter of fact, in the PN Racing leagues, you can add any upgrades to the car with the exception of electronics. Once you tamper with the fets, you bump into the open class.
He also hinted that a new pan car is on the way. Interesting, very interesting.
See ya Thursday.

yes yes the PN racing speedy05 motor is awesome, try getting the motor plate etc. to make the mr02 hook up better
the MOTOR FX track will pretty much go by the same rules and regulations as the PN racing league since they are one of the main supporters of our lil ol racing track
lookin forward to thursday

Tim, are you talking about us?
I run a small club for kids from 9yrs and up called "Small Rides for Christ". We've got 25 registered members. We sign one or two more up each week. But the kids come and go so we usually only have 15 to 20 people show up each week.
We did a fund raiser for a Core Speedway system and ran our first event with it on Sunday. It was a bit bumpy, but next Sunday should run allot smoother now that we've registered everyone.
We've got some dedicated dad's racing and the A main is pretty fun to watch. We disqualify the dad's when it comes to handing out prizes.
I'm sure the kids would get a big kick out of having a representative from Kyosho come by to check out there little club.
I run the whole event on my front lawn with the RCP track set up in the driveway. It's something to see.
Shoot me an email and I'll give you directions to the house and my cell number.

MotoFX is inside. I had a good time last time I went. It's hard to make it out on Thrusday nights. With luck I'll make it over for a race or two this week.
Our event is outside. So far, we have not been rained out. The current forecast shows no rain for Sunday.
