Done! Pretty impressed with layout, fit and finish of this chassis during assembly. Put a random front end on for now for testing. Will put PN black double A-Arm on front later. Look forward to getting on track.

Thanks Larry! Small Mini-Z track an hour away that I can run on since other tracks in NC/SC closed 2 years ago.

I've made some changes since that picture but it runs great! Plenty of power with just a 50T!

What is the best way to request design improvements?

I would love to see the front cover in 2 pieces similar to what Kyosho is now doing with the EVO as this allows one to remove the top cover to service the gearbox without needing to remove the front arms/steering as well.

Has anyone broken a PN chassis? One of the racers in my group had his break while racing. The upper portion of the side mount holder cracked clean off the chassis, now the body on that side moves freely upwards. Chassis is probably a couple months old.

I have broken 1 there also but it was my fault. I had glued body clips into a body and put it in the chassis too soon and had a struggle getting the body back off and in the process I broke that part of the chassis off.

I did break the front of a chassis at pnnac race last year. Somebody got turned around on the straight and headed the wrong way we hit head on at full super stock speed and broke the part that hold the nose clip on. That was a huge hit and would have been surprised if nothing had broken.

Nope, can't recall ever breaking a 2.5 chassis. Not that I would think it impossible, just not as prone to breaking as Kyosho plastic.
