We will be running carpet, the track was not bad the other night, considering we have not run on it much since the regionals (if you want to call it that) lol.
I think you can expect more change than normal in traction from Friday practice to Saturday mains, but the track will be fast.
You will see some tight racing, especially in 70t.
Pedro, looking forward to racing with you again.

LT will be changing the track next week, it is a little boring right now.
It will be on the flat, if you get my drift, no elevation changes.
The infield should be pretty interesting, but the straights will be lightning fast (for some).

Hark!! He speaks icily yet in riddles. Doth he suggest we come forth clad in chains to protect us from the lightening strike of the fangless Viper?

Bubble bubble, toil and trouble. The brew thickens as it is stirred to an overcooked finish that will stand a fork erect.

Classics

Mike....My classics would not be until the late 60's or early 70's, we did not have TV before then and I did not get to go to movies before then.
"Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" and the like are my classics.
Our entertainment was fishing and going to the river cabin, where we did not have running water and electricity until the late 50's.

You should get more nostalgic and check out all the Errol Flyn classics.

In the mid sixties I was already visiting exotic foreign lands for my Government. It was there that I first saw Gone With the Wind in Japanese with English sub titles. "Ol Mammy" was a real hoot in that language. They all were. I laughed like mad while my buddy cried. Turned out he was from Atlanta.

No running water in the cabin? How quaint. We didn't have indoor plumbing on the farm at all let alone a nice "cushy" get away cabin on the river. When we got away for a vacation it was tent camping. That is why, today, my idea of camping is a minimum class"A" coach with two airs and a dish. Know what I mean, Vern?

Did it have a roof? With shingles? Could yo touch the inside walls and not cause a sweat through leak when it rained? Did you have to go outside to build the fire? Thats what I thought. Cushy!!
