Not that I can make it as I'm still in Florida , but I believe you mean Friday August 28th.
You need to update the post title and body. It's been awhile (2.4Ghz Mini-Zs? oh my ) but I don't think you've figured out time travel rc car racing yet.
BTW, I'm curious what everyone in Ann Arbor is running in terms of:
1) Transmitters and AM vs 2.4GHz (I still have my M8)
2) Batteries (I'd have to buy some new AAAs)
Also what timing system are you running?

Oops, thanks for catching that N! It's been a long week!
A lot of us are running 2.4GHz, and everyone who is is rocking a Helios (btw, if you are considering upgrading, order now as we've got a crazy Helios sale that expires 8/31 ). Plenty of people are still running 27MHz though.
Most of us are running 750s I think, either the Team Orion or R1Wurks.
We're running GiroZ, which requires a transponder.
Hurry back!

Well in one week I'll be back in AA. Maybe I'll make it to a Sept AA GTG.
That deal on the KO Propo EX-10 Helios for $250 w/ 2.4Ghz ASF module is killer. Hopefully when I get my money saved up you'll have another deal like that
I have to do some reading to figure out what I would need/want to get back in the game w/ 2.4Ghz.
I still have my: - Airtronics M8 w/ Mini-Z AM Module
- MA-010 2007 HFAY race ready car
- MR-02 2007 HFAY race ready car
- MA-010 modified car
- MR-01
- and all my extra parts.
I'll probably have to sell some/all of them to fund an upgrade/conversion to 2.4Ghz. I did just sell my RCP Track so I wouldn't have to ship it back to AA (but I'm starting to regret it now).
Also what is everyone running in terms of wheelbase (98mm? 102mm?) and 2WD vs 4WD?

Man I've REALLY missed a lot in 2 years. Trying to catch up:
2.4Ghz
WTF front suspension for MR-02
Dual A-Arm front suspension for MR-02
HFAY rule changes & new motors
96mm - just like goldilocks and the 3 bears - not too short (94) and not too long (98))
Non-Nascar MR-02 in 102mm wheelbase
Porsche 962 (incl one of my all-time favorite racecars: the Rothmans Porsche 962) bodies for the 102mm wheelbase
Team Orion and R1Wurks AAAs
The Dojo moving again...and again
The Dojo switching to the GiroZ timing system
Anything else major I need to add to the list?

BTW, if you want to see my list of all-time favorite cars that I wanted made into Mini-Z bodies check out this ancient post: http://mini-zracer.com/forums/showpo...2&postcount=42
(This post brought to you from a hotel in Asheville, NC...Ann Arbor here we come)
