Got them because i'm going to convert an Audi UrQuattro tamiya model to fit this thing, and felt a little bit lower would be fitting. I know a lot of you guys have been wondering about them... so heres a few pics
Comparison of the shocks.
Ones a front and ones a rear... get over it =x
Profile shot of the car, Sits a good bit lower now
Showing the difference while one of each is on.
The difference is actually a little more, but since I already had both rear shocks on and the front right, it was pullin that one down a little. But you get the picture
Definantly makes a difference in handling, Shorter suspension travel obviously, but lower COG, Still enough travel to tackle some light offroading
They are now... When I was puttin them on the wheels I was like, oh cool! They did 2 of each kind so you can keep the tread pattern! Then walked off and did something, then put them on the car, and took pics. Right after that remembered and switch the tires around hehe
darnit. i was hoping for a shorter top tube in the new design. seems to be the same from the pics. nice pics BTW. oh well, time to chronicfy mine when they get here. b
