Handheld ICS programmer?

A handheld ICS programmer is mentioned here in this artilcle. Where can these be purchased? Does anyone have a picture of one.

It's a small hand held device used to adjust settings on the car. If I'd had to compare it, it's a little the TEKIN hot wire. Check this.

I have that one, however, if you get it make sure you get the right adapter card you can get it with the MR02 or MR03 adapter card. Works great. They also have one that you can connect to your PC that one you can use with any of the models as long has you use the upgraded software only downside if you need a pc, some use a laptop or a notebook (smaller)
