Are you guys doing anythng on January 3rd, its the Saturday after new years. I think I will be in the area for a few days and would like to stop in for some good racing with you guys. Will there be a 2wd stock class, or just an open stock class to run in?
Thanks.

We will be racing on 1-3-09, track opening for practice at 11am and race starts at 2pm. We will have Le Mans stock and I will tell all the guys to bring their 2wd also.
Look forward to racing with you.

Ill get you the addy if Ed hasnt allready sent it to you. Its about 3 minutes from our office (if you get hung by the stop lights), and fairly easy to find.
I dont know if Ill be in town that weekend, but I look forward to racing with you again if I am. Youll want to have a LeMans spec car though, as its the class with the following right now. We set that class up so people could just buy a car and have a class to run in. Since its just taking off right now, thats the car most every one has. Youll need one of the LM bodies, a box stock motor, and to run the LM specific wheels and tires. I could probably hook you up with a motor mount, diff and wheels if you need to buy/borrow it. I think I even have a beater porsche that would be loanable, so you dont have to buy a bunch of stuff to race, just tires.
By your next visit, I think there will be more classes to choose from. Ed has done a great job getting product into the LHS, and Im sure its only a matter of time before most of the guys wull have multiple cars running in multiple classes.

Hrdrvr,
If you could send me the address that would be great.
I was planning on setting up an LM car, I played around with one a few months ago but switched it out for my mod car. If I had read this sooner I would have picked up that motor mount from you, I ordered one this afternoon. At least this way I can have a little time to set the car up. I have a body, I just need to order some tires. When I ran an LM body I used standard wheels and tires.
Do you think there will be enough people to run a stock class?
I hope you are around that weekend, it would be great to race with you again, I had alot of fun the last time. If you are in town, after the races we could go grab some dinner or something.
Thanks for everything

VAzRACER,
I'll get the address tomorrow and send it to you sometime soon.
I would have sent the motor mount to you, but its all good. You guys do all kinds of body specific races, maybe y'all will do an LM spec race sometime
If we are in town we should definitelty try and get together. It looks like we should be as of now. My immediate family is close (or visitng around christamas), but Sarah's family is all from out of town. Plans are alwas up in the air around the hollidays
Ill see what I can do about drumming up some interest in another class. There has been interest in mod, F1, and stock class, so we'll see what every one gets for christmas, and what they will be comfortable racing with by then

I have your store listing on our "Where to Race" page. Do you have a website, email address or phone number you would like us to post with the store listing? It will help people to get a hold of you in the area to race on your track.
