Any clue if they have upgraded the steering radius? Any pics of the new chassis without the bodies on them?

I want to see if it is a better chassis as well, from the pictures the F150 look's to have some depth in it's bed. Also in a few pictures the rear wheel is cambered some, I was looking for a more solid rear suspension system. I may have to do a Mini Z mod with that Firebird body when it come out.

Maybe this is the HPI inspired chassis many were hoping for.

Hokay, thar was a big increase in posts!
Bda52: Those are the only pics out not, Im Very sure they'll come with a better turning radius seeing as they're new Chassi's.
Draconious: NEW CHASSI'S!!!! An offroad version and an better (Hopefully) Chassi then the first one that came out.
Maybe like an OL Chassi and Mr-02 chassi???If you see my point.
ARCH2B: The pics are throne off because he took pics off his comp screen . These are most likely proto's, I hope the 150 will look better.
HammerZ: I see what you mean buy the rear suspention, these are PROTO'S remember, so it may not be that way.
Ken Mifune: Xmods were allready made by HPI (See 6th button down on left) http://www.hpiracing.co.jp/ . If you meen a Chassi that Seems it was MADE by HPI I know what you mean, if they did A nice job on the savage WTF is up with the Xmod?

i'm not sure hpi actually produces teh xmods but mearly distributes them overseas. i have never seen anything documenting hpi's involvement in the production
if anyone has real info on this please post it.

I don't really care if they fix everything else on the car, the absolute first thing they should have looked at was the steering. just a better steering car would impove the design in my mind by a 100%, leaving it about 50% of what you get with the Mini-Z.
Only time will tell.

The universals do look promising. The bushing/ bearings look like they are inside a case that can help keep the dirt out. I also wonder how long it would take for the Mini-ZRacer/TinyRC shop to release the dry bearing set for this chassis.

Well I still have my "original" xmod and it gets some us. Maybe RS will do the car justice this time and make it to be comptetive with the Z cars on the track. One can only hope and time will tell. But if they are the same price point i don't see this happening.

AtomicMods has Good Pictures of the new Xmods Chassis
I'll have to say the new chassis looks better in many ways than the old one. For one the center of gravity looks to be much lower, front and rear suspension look better executed and the whole thing looks sturdier while not gaining much weight.
