AWD Bearing Kit

I put some bearings in my awd and they are a tad bit to wide. They stick out from the knuckle maybe .2-3mm Does the Pn racing bearing kit have the proper bearing size that sits flush with the knuckle? or does everyone just run bearings a little to wide? seems like the bushing size is not even 2 mm

Yes they do, I did the same thing you did and ended up buying the PN set. What I ended up doing is I am running a thiker one in the inside and a thiner one on the outside so there is no slop.

I haven't had any fitment problems with my PN bearings. I made sure to clean the hole before I pushed the bearings in.

My chassis with PN bearings still has some play in the rear wheels.

If you use four of the MRO2 bearings on the inside it will take up the slack. I think the wobble contributes to AWD's not tracking straight.
