Yes, the word is out!
Things have changed and July 26th is now a Mini-Z day in Newton.
For those how haven't been out for a while - come out and get some practice in prior to the big track in Whistler!
Hope lots of people can run at both events.
I, regrettably, can't make the 9th as things sit now.
So let Derek know you're coming, get up there and have a blast!
It's ALWAYS a great time there -- not to mention the awesome drive on the Sea-to-Sky.

Great layout and fun racing today!
It was nice to see that we've all improved comparitivily speaking since Grant was only 1 to 2 laps ahead.

Thanks to Dave for hosting. A great day of practice and racing. Very impressed with the Eco motor. The back to back 5 minute races are always fun. The racing was clean and everyone is getting faster. Looking forward to whistler in 2 weeks, lets hope for cool weather.

Whistler has been cancelled due to impending rain.
Grant has still offered up his home track tomorrow for those interested.
Reply here for more info if your interested.
Next GTG to be announced as soon as I confer with Dave W. on dates.
The Next GTG may be @ Grants depending on Dave W.'s availability.

Thanks again dave and all for a fun day....tech track layout made for tough setup changes that made me work at the bench more than usual but I feel it was worth the effort to get most of my chassis running strong on tight circuits.
Looking forward to next time.

Thanks everyone who came out yesterday. Track was a bit challenging but fun none the less.
There will be less hairpins next time.
Didn't get a pic though!
Awaiting reservation confirmation for the clubhouse on Sept 20th.

Well, looks like the endless summer has ended.
Therefore, I'm announcing a GTG here in Newton for Sunday, Sept 20th.
Come on over, get out of the rain and throw down a few laps.

and all you losers that didn't come out missed an epic!
Sick layout that for some reason i was very attuned to and DaveW and I battled hard for every heat win. It amounted to one of the best events I've been to....
Thanks again dave for hosting and putting up with the occasional trash talk (after we calm down from the high stress of trying to drive fast and error free).

Thanks to everyone who came out.
We even had the seldom seen BokChoy drop in and shake some of the dust off his cars.
That was, without a doubt, one of the best days ever from my perspective.
I have never seen it so quiet during races. Each race was so intense.
Everyone was very consistent and lap counts were very close indeed.
Whatever you ate for breakfast cowboy, keep it up. Those battles were a ton of fun.
Sorry for the late post. I'm having some computer challenges that's eating up my spare time.
Here's this events layout.

I am slowly waking my cars up from the summer slumber they have been in. Unless something comes up I am planning to be at the next event.

Just a quick update, I've reserved the clubhouse for October 4th.
October is a busy month, as far as Sundays go, hope lots of you can make it out.
I've also reserved Nov 1st for a GTG as well.
