Thanks for the replies. I went with the MR2999. I already use one on another car and I did loctite all the screws in, thats probably why I didnt have any trouble. I used the titanium screws so if its lighter with the steel to start with then its probably pretty good with the titanium. I wasnt aware of a better bottom plate. I've not had any problems with the one I have now. Do you think a brand new one will include the new bottom or is it an option?
I know you can get the 2MM (98) base plate seperate. I would contact Kenon to see if it comes with the complete kit. Depends also on what wheelbase your running. For 98, i would use it. For 94, i dont think its necessary.
