Unhappy Car goes out of control with new batteries

I bought new bateries, Sanyo, it says it has 30% more power, as soon as i put them in the speed of the car was crazy it became like a rocket, this wasnt the case when i installed new duracell batteries hmmm i wonder why does that brand make such a big difference???
Also since the new batteries and that i have roll shock set and main shock set with a fiber h plate, as soon as i press accelerate on the conroller the car starts to spin on one spot or if i do it slowly it goes foward and then turns sharply or starts spining so i have to accelerate it slowly so that it goes straight otherwise it goes crazy,
i dont get the same effect when i drive the car in the reverse, hmm put i am wondering could it be because the roll shock set makes the car suspension stiff and one wheel doesnt touch the ground enough??? Previously I had to bend the back a little cause one of the back wheels was closer to the grownd then the other one (after i installled the roll shock and main shock) =(
can somebody help me out? is that normal? or how am i suppposed to accelerate my car now?

BTW with the old battereies duracell it wasn't like that cause the car wasnt fast enough on those batteries...

any help or suggestions?

thanks

well...for some reason rechargable batteries give a great increase in power despite the lower voltage. i think you just need to get more power to the ground. foam tires work very well on wood floors...btw what are you driving on?

Alkaline batteries have high internal resistance, that mean it is unable properly to a high load situation. However rechargable batteries have rather low internal resistance, that means if you suddenly accelerate harder, or brake, or turn some tight corners, and extra power is needed, the battery can provide it. Alkalines cannot.

And Ni-Cds have the lowest resistance of all rechargable batteries, followed by Ni-Mh followed by Li-Ion (I don't think there is AAA Li-Ion batteries)

This naturally means that for a powerful motor such as initialdnutz's X-perimental motor, you will be better off with a Ni-Cd battery. But then again my experience comes from AA batteries of racing Tamiya mini4wd. So I am not so sure about AAA batteries. It should apply 95 % or so though!

Too little grip, too slippery a surface, too much power!
