It is hard to say without actually testing them. I would like to get some to test. They could be eneloop cells? Again, hard to say without testing. Judging by their 750mah minimum and fact that they come pre-charged.
I have been using Eneloop AAA for a litttle while, and recently picked up some Peak 900 and PN 900... I notice no improvement in performance over my Eneloop cells, which I had thought that I would get. I do want to get some SpeedHouse cells and see how they compare. I do have a feeling that they are rebranded Eneloop, based on the 80mA 15hr standard charge rate which is consistent with how the Eneloop are pre charged if I remember correctly.

I wonder how many different 750MAH cells there really are out there. There are only so many factories making batteries so I am guessing a lot of these cells are from the same production line and just have different wrappers on them.
You would likely be surprised at how few battery plant's both wet and dry cell are really out there. It is such an environmental hazard that it seems that only the Chinese are willing to destroy their part of the world for the profit.

Hit the nail on the head.
We love to think of batteries and electric everything as green and clean technology, but the ugly truth is that making batteries is a horrible and dirty industry. The industries that mine the raw materials out of the earth are even worse. (Edit: Lithium is actually a little less horrible to extract (boiling salty brines) than other raw materials like nickle, but it is by no means clean. )

Many "manufacturers" are using the same nimh cells. There are only 3 real manufacturers on the market, who sell OEM to the specifications of the vendors who label them and call them their own
