i will be taking a short 2 week trip to the us in oct-nov with my family...
was hoping if anybody can point me to the right direction as to what tracks are in the following areas... sf / ny / la
last year, i got the chance to drop by kennon and i had a real blast meeting world champion grant matsushima and the man behind pn racing - philip ng... dropped by ilr in ca but got there a little too late... but got to hang out with luke (blt456) and talk some mini-z...
crossing my fingers that i could visit other tracks in ny (will be staying with my brother in law who lives in jericho, ny)...
The mini z tracks in NY have all closed in the last couple of years. The only track remaining is in NJ approx 40 mins away. It's called Maj's. http://majsrc.us/
If you want 1/10 scale racing there is an offroad track LONG ISLAND RACEWAY http://www.islandraceway.com/

In the SF area there is Inside Line Racing in Cupertino and AutoMicro in Santa Clara. Both tracks are about an hour south of SF. I don't think there are any other Mini-Z tracks in the bay area.

Another Mini Z track in NJ that is not closed but the guys there are seasonal they race in the winter and have a decent crowd. However, in the summer they all go outside for off road. The track is still open during store hours.
been very busy lately... sadly not enough time to read wonderful stuff on the forums as well as to respond as much as i would want....
time flies so quickly and well... before i knew it... it's just a couple of hours before our flight....
if time permits,. and i do hope to see, meet and greet some of the members of this wonderful forum engaged in this wonderful hobby if and when i get to visit some of the tracks mentioned in this thread..
