This is much more difficult than I expected it to be, these tiles don't like to cooperate!! I had too balance making it look like the track with making it (I hope) drive like the real track. I tried to allow for lines and relative speeds similar to what you would get on the different corners in real life. Also hoping that we have the tiles necessary, I couldn't get a definite list of the dojos tile stock.
If you have any suggestions or ideas please let me know! If anyone else wants to try putting together their own Fuji I'd be interested to see it

Cool first try Deca! Unfortunately we only have "standard tiles" + blanks + 4 wide inside corners
Take a look at this one of an actual track we did to get an idea of the tile types and counts we have:
Also check out my Big Track Thread were I was trying to chronicle some of the big tracks we have done.

I can probably alter the design to work with what we have (though it won't look as nice )
If the club was to acquire additional RCP in the future, I think it would be amazing if we could get some of the 45 degree corner pieces. Not the diagonals but the ones that you can run a straight off of continuing 45 degrees from the original path, like a 90 degree corner tile just split in half. That would open up a lot more possibilities.

I may have to get a Mini-Z AWD from DAVE if this becomes a reality...Hear that Dave? . That White Subaru is calling my name for a Rally themed night!!!
I may have to retire my X-Mod Evo You better get some Bearing Kits in for the AWD!!!!

S, IIRC we have 3Racing and Kyosho MA-010 Bearing sets in stock, and a big pile of PN stuff that s/b here in time for our event if you prefer theirs. Bring a lighter and flammables etc. for a proper "retirement" of your XMOD!

That is good stuff. If I retire the X-Mod, I will need to remove my CNC machined rear hub I made to fix the crappy plastic one that crack and break all the time!!
Got the Danno parts kit in the mail yesterday, Thanks!
See you at the track....I need to try out my Mini-Z Mazda 787B for the first time as well......Can't wait!

I makes you wonder if there is just a bad battery connection or something inside. It must be making a intermittant connection when you jostle it around?
It does take very nice video though...Especially from my planes outside on a sunny day.

Anyone want to see a new HPI RS32 Micro 2.4ghz car tonight?
I will have one (2)? to show. It runs REALLY nice on my home track and the speed is very appropriate for the scale of the car.......Not Stupid Fast Like a Dnano at full speed...But nice and controlable and very precise!!
I put a new Slot Peugeot 307 WRC body (My Citroen would not fit ) on it instead of the Calsonic Retro body it came with....nice but outdated.....
Between the Mini-Z and Dnano....nice fit.

Hi Dave. Here is the HOT setup for more speed and longer running on $0.00 budget....mostly..
Check out the custom Catamaran hull I modeled from my full size inspiration.
Also see the Interior of the boat that I designed myself.
