My "toy" car 1968 Triumph TR250...This was a TR4 body, designed for a 4 cyl engine, but for 1 year only, Triumph put a straight 6 2.5L engine in. It was too dangerous, so after 1968, they came out with the TR6. Same engine, just a little heavier to cope with the extra torque
First two top pics are the day it was delivered to my house. I've been working on it since. The last two are as it sits now....hmmm...what's that in the trunk??? LOL Along with the nitrous system, I've also got forged rods & pistons, triple weber carbs, and I am planning on a Garret T series turbo. Planning on either Red with the "TR250 Stripe" across the hood, or Brittish Racing Green with the "Stripe"

Very nice. I like the dual exhausts.
I, as well, am a Triumph owner! I have a 1975 TR7 coupe with a 12a Mazda rotary in it. It was built for rallying in 1980. It has a full cage, gusseted body and suspension, and horrible electrical gremlins (Lucas, prince of darkness )
It's got 28 000 miles on the clock and is rust free! and the VIN number is three characters long!!! Very early production.

My Car
I had a 300+ bhp Subaru Imprezza WRX STi, until 2 weeks ago..
I am not submitting any pics of it, as it'll bring tears to my eyes. I sold it.. insurance cost was crippling, or unjustified.
Now, I have a brand new Renault Clio 1600. They call it a 'woman's car' here. At 43 miles per gallon, I can be called a bitch..
Russ,
Whoohoo, an old Triumph. The marque is dead now, so you got a collectors item there
The true British car is dying. MG is re-badged Rover, which is re-badged Hondas and they all use re-badged Honda engines. (This includes the MG-F)
Mini belongs to BMW, so in England they call the new Mini a "Germini"
Jaguar belongs to Ford (USA) but the cat still purrs..
Lotus is still kicking.. miraculously..
TVR, Aston Martin and Morgan still make incredible hand crafted cars, but 'Mister Average' couldn't afford one..
NOMOTORLIMITs would love the 1000 BHP TVR, driving that beast must be the closest thing to driving a Mini-Z on power:weight.
Anyways, I got me a woman's car now.. so, let me go do my nails..

I've got #373 of 8484 total collectors items Probably a little more than half that left.

The Clio looks like a "practical" car.. like a Focus ZX3...
I'm considering getting rid of my SHO in the next year or so.. starting to act up more than I'd like and it's way harder than it should be to buy parts for a 6 year old car.
I'm seriously considering the SVT Focus when it comes out..

With the 240sx motor for that year, my 1990 Nissan beastie was considered an SUV back then.

My car is a pickup truck.
Only use that shell for the annual camping trip. Sometimes there's a lumber rack on it, but lately, nothing.

Russ, go for the BRG, that's awesome. Here's my ride, this is before TRD/MR-S rebadge but you can't tell from the side anyway:

Here's my pain in the ass car... The rest of it is a Taurus so it's not necessary to show it
I have a huge stumble around 5000-7000 RPM so I'm not very happy with my car right now..
