My EX6R has this setting, and I know several other KO-based TXs have a setting for steering feel. I tried different settings and I couldn't "feel" what it was doing. I found a description of it that I hadn't seen before:

So as an update to this, having recived my EX-6 and playing around with it it appears that it is a combination of throttle/steering mixing
a negative number dampens steering and makes it less sensitive at high speed while a positive number increases the steering sensitivity under full throttle (have not tried the inverse which is the throttle settings
so positive for drifting and negative for straightway/grip racing
this is really nice for racing as you can set the car up to response nicely in the corners and then under full power reduce the steering sensitivity but still keep the full throw of the wheel to make fine steering decisions
That makes sense, and is kind of cool. I'm going to give it another try with a negative number next time I race.
