Organized Race Format

i am looking for easy to understand instruction on how to setup core for an organized racing format, such as qualifiers, mains, finals, etc....

if you could include screen captures in your instructions it would be most helpful.

to top it off, if anyone already has the setup entered, would htey be willing to share the data file containing the info?

To setup a new event:

1) right click over the first lin ein the manager window and add a new event
2) right click over the new event and add a class/category. You can add multiple categories for each of the classes that you run (Mini-Z F1, Mini-Z MR02, etc)
3) for each category, add a "Qualify" round.
4) right click over the "Qualify" round to either can for new racers ("Scan Racers") or add them from the racer database ("Add Racers"
5) right click over the "Racers" list and select "Sort Heats". Here you can select max/min number of racers for each heat and how many runs you want. After you hit okay, you'll see the "Sorted Heats" with the green battery symbol. You can resort and add more heats later on if you want to...
6) right click on the sorted heat to load the racer list. You can use the keyboard shortcut to load them by hitting the "n" key (for next). Hitting the "b" key (for back) will load the previous sorted heat. This way you can skip or chaneg the order of the heats.
7) After all of the Qualify heats are run, right click over the "Qualify" round and select "Sort Mains". The mains will be automatically sorted and you see the rounds "A Main", "B Main", and etc appear.

That's it...
