Light Kit

So, I've been wanting headlights on my car for some reason. Just for that effect. I got the light kit from Glow Masta or whatever off ebay. I believe it is the same one used in the awd drift videos on that one site.

Problem is, They connect to the motor wires, correct? So, in turn, they only turn on when supplied with the full voltage from the batteries.
The instructions were in some form of asian writing, so I'm not sure, that's where I've connected previous light kits with success.

Am I doing something wrong? Or must I add something to always supply 6 volts to the light kit?
The only.

the glow masta set is unique i thought since it is an 'intelligent' light set meaning they will turn on, turn off and if you bought the right set, flash to varrying degree's. i have no idea how that is done or how it's hooks up to the chassis.

maybe we could get one of our fellow members to translate the isntructions. can you scan them to pdf? can you find them on the glowmasta website?

actually, I think I threw them away. Dangit.
I guess I might be able to email the company.

I'm just used to hooking them up to where the motor mounts up. It has the ends for the screws to go through. Is there anywhere else that those wire terminals are used? I've had mine apart, and unless it's straight from the batteries, I don't know where else to put them.
thanks though.

maybe to the battery terminals? That might not workout well, just a thought.
