EVO MM2 KT18 compatability

Could use some help with my new EVO mm2. Paired it with my KT18 and i am having troubles getting my reverse speed down and my max brake lower. Is this now differant from the old ASF cars? Can`t find this in the ICS programm also.

Also note older bluetooth and cable ICS adapters will not work. Need to get the new EVO version. Only Windows software, no Android, iOS or mac.

That is not completely accurate. If you have the Ko Propo HS ICS USB adapter, you are good to go.

The bluetooth version should work with the new android app.

Both USB and Bluetooth require the EVO version of the app.

does the app do anything more than just read for EVO yet? Reading the settings is rather pointless really if you can't do anything more. the EVO apps previously were noted to have flaws which could botch the board programming for good.

I actually don't have a Bluetooth device anymore, I only use the USB version and it works fine.

I had/have the EVO version of the app. It did not work with the bluetooth adapter. The Android app must be very new, like last week.

The EVO app itself did in fact work to make changes, as long as I used the new USB adapter.

The USB adapter has been around for years, it's not really new.

I have the windows evo programm. I can read and write to the car. The thing is, activating reverse is good but i can`t lower the brake force enough to actually use it. Also reverse can be reduced but to a certain amount which is still too much. My mate has the same problem and we use dragbrake to not have to brake on the transmitter. It locks the wheels. My ASF car reverse could be reduced to almost nothing but now it stays at a certain amount what ever i do epa wise.

I had read here that the old one was not compatible. I experienced first hand the bluetooth adapter not working. I still can't find an EVO android app anywhere, as arch2b noted, the currently existing app is read-only. Sorry for repeating bad information.

The key is the USB adapter from Ko Propo needs to be the HS (high Speed) one. I bought mine in 2013.
