all of them.
Unless its a typo and you mean 45000 RPM. Then, none I think

Here is a chart for the PN motors.

My friend has a modified stock R that hits 55000 on the motor master. I'm not sure what has been done to it to achieve this though.

i have one that hits 250,000rpm on the motormaster but it would melt a mini-z board

most motors run 25-42 k because this is the best usable range for the cars

I know the become much faster on lithium batteries. The rpm listed on the chart is probably the normal 4 AAA voltage. I believe you can run 7.4 volt lithium with no major issues. The steering is the main problem at higher voltage. Also run FET stack with the lowest turn motor it can handle. An odd trick to get more rpm is to stick neodymium magnets to the outside of the motor can. Also run the tallest gearing you can with trued tires. I can't really think of much else right now. I'm not sure exactly why you would want a mini-z this fast other than to say say you did it. I can't really recommend all this unless you have deep pockets.

I would say the biggest tires you can find instead of trued tires.

Very true. Big tires, but you want to make sure there they are of consistent diameter. I meant consistent diameter no trued. Thanks for correcting me.

I just trued some GRP foams to 25mm... mounted on an F1 rear axle (wider offset = more stable) these would be the best tires for outdoor speedruns. The front tires should be rounded off to soften the steering response and reduce sudden movements.

As for getting RPM... the Plasmatomic (pioneered by ph2t IIRC) is the only motor I know of that can reliably hit 40mph on AAA's, and even that is pushing the limits because the motor (27t) draws a stupid amount of current. Running a milder motor (say, PN 32t) with lithium-polymer or LiFe batteries is a much smarter option and will probably get you a higher net speed due to greater torque at the high end.

A Plasmatomic on 7.4V, however, is a monster...

Does atomic still make the chilli motor? If I remember right it was quite a powerful motor. I could be wrong though. Does the motor have to be brushed? If not you could go brush-less and get over 45000 rpm easy.
