I have my old Mini Z Monster Truck (Mad Force) 2WD, very basic.
I bought this motor: Mini-Z PNWC 70 Turn Offical Stock Motor,
part number: 110670
Im waiting for it to arrive....
Well, my question is, what to expect when installed in my Mini Z monster when compared against the stock motor that comes installed in my Mini Z monster? Will my new motor provide more torque for climbing and rought terrain?
Im not much into high speed, I would prefer more torque....
Do you know if the stock motor that comes already installed is also 70 turns?
Any of you have installed this PNC motor? How it compares against stock installed motor?
Part
Product Name Mini-Z PNWC 70 Turn Offical Stock Motor
Product Detail New 2009 version of PNWC 70 Turn Offical Stock Motor.
With offical Laser Logo.
Stats:
- 70 turn balanced armature
- New endbell design for increased cooling
- Bottom case air cool scoop intake
- High performance carbon brushes
Performance – no load
Speed = 22850 RPM +/- 1500
Current = 0.475 AMP
The original motor is 70t as well. The PN motor should have more torque. And if you want more torque, you can put Neo Magnets in the can, but it will slow it down even more. The MZM is already undergeared compared to the racers, so I think you should be alright with the motor out of the package.
