xmod evo on awd chassis

my awd is currently set at 90mm and i just got an idea to mount a xmod evo body.

anyone have pics? can you guys point me to the right direction?

i remember seeing one there about 6 months ago, so i looked but could not find it...do you remember around what page?

or can you re-post the pics here? how long did you set the chassis at?

What I did was I put the side clips on the awd first. I think I taped them. Then I put the body over it. It all fit perfect. I marked the body then pulled the clips and glued the piss out of it. I then took a front body clip(EVO V go figure) and modded it to fit. It was perfect.

I have pics but the gallery is down. It's in my NEW gallery link in my sig.

i'll be checking to see if the galleries are up.

did you use hot glue? (i need one) how long is the chassis set at? i think my ae86 is at 90mm, hopefully so is your evo.

Those things are almost indestructable, very toy like. Weight is the big factor here. I have seen many Xmods threads on different forums about Mini Z bodies on Xmods. About the only real difference is the Mini Z bodies have far less screws for all the add on parts, overall lighter.

x2-They are kind of heavy and have lots of screws. Cool thing is the body kits of course. Too bad they aren't compatible without modification.
