Will you be at the Las Vegas TOC this weekend? Reps from both Castle and AON should be there.
What is the difference between your ESC and that of Castle and Quark?
How many comtinuous amps can your ESC handle?
What is the max surge?
How many cells?
Average temp using a 3-cell lipo?
Have you tried it in a CEN Mini-Madness?
If any of my questions have already been answered, I either missed them or thought more direct answers all in one specific place would be easier to read and find than scattered throughout several threads and numerous posts.
wont be at sun valley unless its in Spain, no wont be at las vagas this weekend ill be hunting this weekend. We cant post any data till we get the ok from Co. Its not our esc nor do we have any say at all in any way but gathering of data for the tec's to do what ever thay wont with it again we have no say. this info is just what i saw during a test it is in no way info from the co. i watched a 12 amp esc take a continiouns load drain of 35 amps and up to 39 amps for over 5 min and the esc did not reach max operating temp. as to the rest of your question thay will only be answered buy the co. when they decide to.
If thier is a 1/18 or 1/16 open off road or onroad series in LA and you or anyoneelse are interested in racing with this esc email your resume to me and i will pass it to the owner. If the race is big enouph or thier will be coverage by mags or tv and you are a top driver, thier is a chance this co. will sponcer you.

If it is not your ESC and you don't have any "say at all", I can't see emailing you anything to forward to the owner. However, from your post, it also appears that this ESC must be limited to the mini-series though I still don't know if it was tried in the CEN Mini-Madness.
One reason I want to know if it has been tested in the CEN is that it is quite large for a supposed 1/18th scale and it comes stock with a 540.
And though they will soon be building a new indoor track here and already have hobby shows here, i.e. Hobby Visions and IRSHA. Some of the sponsers at the local TOC event this weekend also include Castle, Hacker, and I know AON will be there as well. I'm not sure if Quark will be there, but I know I'll find out soon enough since I will be at the TOC event with one of the brushless motor companies. Consequently, there is no need to go to LA though RC is big in SoCal; however, if you simply refuse to name the ESC company, I can't speak to the people representing the brushless motor companies. Then again, it seems obvious it is not any of the companies I have listed.
PS: One off-topic question. Is your name really Randel Stevens? I was just wondering since that may be the same name used in "The Shawshank Redemption" when Andy created the fake account to deposit all of the warden's laundered money.

Mini-Z electronic board transplant to Xmods Evo
Greetings
Nice to hear there still people interested in Xmods.
Do any of you have heard or experimented transplanting a Mini-Z electronic board to an Xmod Evo?
I only quit my Xmods Evo, doe to the terrible transmitter that comes with the kit.
Any info or comments will be appreciated
Thx
I've got a curious question. What if Kyosho built the Xmod Evo chassis? Then how good do you think it'll be? Let's see here. Imagine Kyosho useing the same lay out as the Evo chassis. But, better electronics, better servos, better suspension, and better plastic. Then, I think the Evo would be great.
However, I still like the Xmods Evo and am in the process of building one right now. Except this one is mostly a show car cause it is simply too heavy with the full alloy treatment.
The opposite could be thought of as well. What if Radio Shack had designed, or "copied" Kyoshos AWD Mini-Z? I think it would suck.
