After the brake fluid problems, I decided to try something else.
I remembered that my son had a "accident" and the sitter threw his almost new Power Ranger figures into some Pine Sol and the paint got stripped off.
Gave it a shot and guess what. The Pine Sol took the remaining yellow paint off the body without damage. I'm not sure if the brake fluid weakened the paint first but it got the remaining paint off.
The paint is pretty tough, it didn't come off without a fight. It took three soakings and scrubbings to get off the paint. Model paints are much easier to get off than this one.
Hope this helps!
