If you pay attention to the front track width mentioned in the manual, it's said to vary from 56.5mm to 63.5mm with respect to narrow wheels for the MA-010 Scooby RTR set. That's because the front track measures 56.5mm when you employ 0 offset narrow wheels (0 + X + 0 = 56.5mm) and it increases by 7mm to a maximum of 63.5mm when outfitted with 3.5 offset narrow wheels (3.5 + X +3.5 = 63.5mm). Where X is the length from one knuckle to the another.
This way, you just have to plonk the wheels onto the front axles and measure the track to get an accurate value of their offset. Wide and semi-wide wheels should be compensated accordingly.

That's weird, because I got those numbers off the box of my MA-010 RTR set. I think it also factors in negative wheel offsets in the wide range of offset gamut that is mentioned there.
