The best are rain days. We are a construction company, so our jobs/yard gets shut down on rain days. Weve pulled a couple all dayers at the track on those days

Yes it's not fair to those of us that have to race him on Friday nights that extra track time does pay off. yet we still give him a run for his money.

Looks a lot different from my last visit. Tried to go by on the fourth but there was some issue, a "WAF" matter, I believe I used the term "PW" if I can remember...

My dad said he'll try and be here for that weekend. I dont know if anyone else will be around though. A lot of times lately its just been him, T and I. Summer isnt a good time to get these other guys to spend much RC time. The four of us can have some good racing though, Im sure

We never really had much in the way of rules, but the 3 of us have basically said we are going to keep stock motors in one LM car. Pretty much every one around here has a NASCAR with the stock motor, and F1 races are always close. Its been making for some interesting close racing between the 3 of us (and every one else in NASCAR).

Thanks John! My dad has put a lot of $$ into our little racing room, and I try to stay on top of up keep and getting tools, tables, and whatever else we feel we need in there. It really makes the hobby enloyable to have some where close, clean, and cool to race. Plus fixing up this room is just another fascet of the hobby my dad and I get to enjoy together.

Andy is fussing at me I gave Landon tires for the rear of the Lemans car and front tires for his NASCAR and made both cars faster He says we were all (Except Landon) better off when Landon was having trouble hooking up

I know Andy will get a tire order off as quick as possible.

The racing is real close all of us finnishing on the same lap or just one down I think it is because we put some restrictions on both the NASCAR and LeMans cars. It is more funn when we all run together in a group start to finnish.

RCP

You may not remember me but I bought one of the first Minni 96 tracks
I now have two and expansions for both. I talked Landon and his Dad into the track we have here they got tired of me telling them how much better it was running on RCP instead of the carpert. I think all agree I was right. Andy has set us up a nice place to race and we have great fun when we gather. Great group of guys here.

RCP..........and I ordered one the next day after 2EZ, tried to keep up with the "Jones's"..........

Still the most predictable, uniform surface to run on.............

2EZ, I'm trying to work out my travel schedule to get me back in on Thursday evening so that I can come down to race with you guys. I'll give you a call this weekend.

^ I know you guys miss the old carpet track

Just for giggles I redid the track again. I really like it the way it is now. I kept it very similar, but swapped the near end so all the tech section is on one end, and the other side is a lot longer so we can build a little more speed.

I also squeezed in another tiles length

I ran a couple of laps last night to see how lap times were effected. It looks like they are going to be very similer. We'll see whenever I can get some one to come run with me

I did shoot a short video today of me running a couple practice laps with my new 2.4 converted F1 Its uploading to PB now. It wont be high quality (shot it with my digi cam), but Ill get it posted soon.

EDIT: the video!
